DOL Instructs on Re-Opening BEC Cases Closed for 45-Day Letter Non-Response - 07/11/06
DOL responds to the urgings of AILA and AILF by establishing a process for reopening Backlog Elimination Center cases erroneously closed for failure to respond to the 45-day letter. There is a 30-day deadline. Information about what to do if you haven't received a 45-day letter by 7/21/06 is included. [ more ]
