Garmo to speak on the subject of EB-5 "Business Immigration" in Dubai" On November 20, 2008, Internationally renown attorney Steven N. Garmo will be conducting various seminars in the Muskat, Oman and Dubai, UAE. The seminars will cover among other things the Eb-5 investment visa and other business immigration visa's. Attorney Garmo said that "The EB-5 Category is an excellent opportunity for many foreign nationals to become permanent residents of the United States quickly". The EB-5 Permanent Resident status involves making the investment, filing the appropriate petition with USCIS Service Center, and applying for an Immigrant Visa at a United States consulate or applying for Adjustment of Status in the United States. Mr. Garmo said " It is important to educate the Middle Eastern communities on US Employment Immigration Visa's in order to foster a better understanding of our laws and to encourage investment in the United States in light of the globalization of International commerce."
