Garmo conducted a successful seminar at the Crown Plaza, Amman, Jordan before a reserved crowd of more than 120 business persons. The seminar covered among other things the investment of visa, E-1/E-2 visa, L-1, intercompany transferee visa and the temporary worker visa. Attorney Garmo said that "The EB-5 Category is an excellent opportunity for many foreign nationals to become permanent residents of the United States quickly". The EB-5 Permanent Resident status involves making the investment, filing the appropriate petition at a CIS Service Center, and applying for an Immigrant Visa at a United States consulate or applying for Adjustment of Status in the United States. Attorney Garmo is scheduled to conduct another Seminar at the Arbil International Hotel (formerly Sheraton Hotel), Arbil, Iraq on July 30, 2007 at 7 PM, Baghdad Time Zone. Mr. Garmo said " It is important to educate the Middle Eastern communities in Jordan and Iraq on US Employment Immigration Visa's in order to foster a better understanding of our Immigration laws and to encourage investment in the United States in light of the globalization of International commerce."
