In Akhtar v. Burzynski, No. 02-57037 (9th Cir. Oct. 5, 2004), the court invalidated the age-out provisions of 8 CFR 214.15(g) concerning V2 visas and said that the age-out provisions were
contrary to congressional intent and frustrated congressional policy.
