[Previous entry: "Visa Bulletin for September 2004"] [Main Index] [Next entry: "California Service Center to Process Certain I-130s from TSC and NSC"] 09/02/2004 Entry: "Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Publishes Interim Rule Expanding and Amending US-VISIT" An interim rule published August 31, 2004 states that, effective September 30, 2004, US-VISIT will be expanded to the 50 most highly trafficked land border ports, with all 50 ports to be identified no later than December 31, 2004. It also further defines those subject to US-VISIT to include individuals entering under VWP and other means.
