OMB has up to 90 days to review the regulation and either return it for further work or send it on to the Federal Register for publication. DOL has indicated that the regulation would take effect 120 days after publication. If enacted, these regulations will change how Labor Certification are done. Posted on AILA InfoNet at Doc.
