According to the instruction provided by government, People who registered are required to re-register within ten days of (before or after) the date they registered last year. For example, if a person registered on November 15, 2002, he must re-register within the window from November 5, 2003 to November 25, 2003. Each person's re-registration deadline must be determined based on the date on which he registered. Willful failure to re-register may result in immigration consequences and criminal penalties.
