November 15, 2003 is the one-year anniversary of the beginning of "Call-in Special Registration" under the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System for nationals of certain countries. It also is the beginning of the period during which people who registered under NSEERS are required to re-register.

It also is the beginning of the period during which people who registered under NSEERS are required to re-register.

According to the instruction provided by government, People who registered are required to re-register within ten days of (before or after) the date they registered last year. For example, if a person registered on November 15, 2002, he must re-register within the window from November 5, 2003 to November 25, 2003. Each person's re-registration deadline must be determined based on the date on which he registered.
